Who we are

MojoRadar is an independent search engine for pre-owned and vintage guitars and basses from trusted guitar stores across Europe. It is operated by Orpheus Techworks SRL, registered in Romania (CUI: 54267679), at 35D Buna Ziua Street, Apt. 4, 400495 Cluj-Napoca.

These terms describe how the site works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. They apply to everyone who uses mojoradar.com, with or without an account.

What MojoRadar does

We collect products from independent guitar stores and show them in one place, so you can browse and compare without checking each store's website. When you find something you like, we send you to the product page on the store's own website.

We do not sell instruments, we do not process payments, and we are not involved in the purchase. Every transaction happens directly between you and the store, under that store's own terms. MojoRadar will never ask you to pay us or to send payment details.

Product information

We read details such as brand, model, year, category, price and availability automatically from the stores' websites. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Photos come from the stores too. Always check the product on the store's website before you buy.

We do not guarantee that any product is described correctly, priced correctly or still available, and we are not responsible for the stores' products, descriptions, prices, delivery or customer service. If you have a question about a product or an order, contact the store directly.

Your account

You do not need an account to browse. An account lets you keep a watchlist and get updates about it. To create an account you must be at least 16 years old and use an email address that is yours. You sign in with a code we email you, so there is no password to remember.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page, including within the first 14 days. That removes your account, your watchlist and your email preferences. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and for how long.

We may suspend or close an account if it breaks these terms, if it is used to run bots or other automated tools, or if it is used to disrupt the service.

Watchlist and emails

Shops discount their gear all the time, and the best deals go fast. If you turn on email updates, we send you one email a day with everything that changed on your watchlist: a price that moved, a product that sold, or one that is back in stock, so you do not have to keep checking. No changes, no email. You can turn the emails off at any time from your account page or with the link in every email. Your watchlist stays saved; only the emails stop.

Acceptable use

MojoRadar is for people looking for their next instrument. While using it, you may not:

• copy or download the products or any other part of the site in bulk, whether by hand or with automated tools;
• overload, break into or interfere with the site, its accounts or its sign-in system;
• use the site to send unwanted messages to anyone;
• present yourself as someone else.

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.

If you run a guitar store and want your products on MojoRadar, or want them changed or removed, write to hello@mojoradar.com.

Content and trademarks

Store names, logos and photos belong to the stores or their owners. We show them to identify where a product comes from; their use does not imply endorsement or sponsorship. The MojoRadar name, logo and the design of the site belong to Orpheus Techworks SRL.

Availability and changes to the service

We keep improving MojoRadar, which means features may change, be added or be removed over time. Like any online service, it may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance.

Liability

We are not responsible for loss caused by relying on information shown on this site, or arising from a purchase or other dealing you have with a store. These terms do not limit our responsibility for fraud, for harm to life, health or physical integrity, or for anything else the law protects. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer in the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change matters to you as an account holder, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms follow Romanian law, because that is where MojoRadar is based. If you use MojoRadar as a private person, you also keep the protection of the consumer rules of the country where you live, and you can bring any dispute between us before the courts of that country. For everyone else, the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, have jurisdiction.
